Chale Island Whale Shark spotting

After being picked up from your Hotel the excursion will start with
a warm welcome on Diani Marines flag ship and fastest cruising
boat along the Kenyan coast – MV Maisha.
Now we will slowly cruise towards south, offering a beautiful view
to the south of Diani Beach, Galu Beach and the skyline
of Shimba Hills further west.
10:20 AM
We have reached Chale Island – a gap through the reef barrier. On our way south Whale Sharks and Dolphins are often seen. We will have enough time to chill out or going for a swim in crystal clear water or go alternatively for a guided island walk – deep forests with a good population of tropical birds, old coral formations and a lot more.
12:30 PM
MV Maisha pulls into the snow white beaches of the tropical coral island Chale
for a fantastic lunch with a mixture of African, Arabian and European dishes.
02:30 PM
At this time we are leaving Chale for a cruise through the magic world of the mangrove
forests surrounding the island. The mangroves are home for a huge population of
birds and crabs. The play between light and shade creates its own atmosphere.

Return back to Diani Beach at 33 nods crusing. Arrival at 4.35 more or less.
